Sullivan Air Compressors are a part of Sullivan-Palatek Corporation, which started as Palatek Corporation Concept in 1984.

In 1991 it introduced the “Ultimate Performance Rotary Screw Air Compressor” and has never looked back since. The industrial division of the company manufactures and markets electricity driven high efficiency, rotary screw air compressors in the range of 5 HP to 400 HP.

The various options available are divided into three different types as follows:


Industrial Air Compressors – These are ideal for industrial use and include the following:

5M – This comes with a capacity of 22 ACFM and has a power of 5 HP. Its shipping weight is 210 pounds. Its maximum full load is 125 psig and minimum full load is 72 psig. It has a lube reservoir capacity of 1 gallon and a discharge connection of 0.75 inches. It also has a full voltage magnetic starter and a 110 Volt power control.

H5M – Its maximum full load is 150 psig and minimum full load is 72 psig. It comes with a capacity of 18 ACFM and has a power of 5 HP. Its shipping weight is 210 pounds. It has options of a moisture separator trap and an air receiver. Its dimensions are 26 inches by 38 5/8 inches by 24 inches. It has a lube reservoir capacity of 1 gallon and a full voltage magnetic starter.

HH5M – Its dimensions are 26 inches by 38 5/8 inches by 24 inches and a lube reservoir capacity of 1 gallon. This comes with a capacity of 15.5 ACFM and has a power of 5 HP. Its shipping weight is 210 pounds. Its maximum full load is 175 psig and minimum full load is 72 psig. It also has a three phase open drip motor.

H7.5M – This is a modular oil flooded compressor with a three phase open drip motor and a full voltage starter. It comes with a capacity of 28 ACFM and has a power of 7.5 HP. Its maximum full load is 150 psig and minimum full load is 72 psig. Its dimensions are 26 inches by 38 5/8 inches by 24 inches and it has a lube reservoir capacity of 1 gallon.

HH7.5M – Its dimensions are 26 inches by 38 5/8 inches by 24 inches and it has a lube reservoir capacity of 1 gallon. Its maximum full load is 175 psig and minimum full load is 72 psig. It comes with a capacity of 24 ACFM and has a power of 7.5 HP. Its shipping weight is 280 pounds.

HH10BP – It is a lube flooded compressor and an air cooled oil cooler. Its dual control allows it to run for a long period of time. It has a speed of 3450 rpm and a maximum full load of 175 psig.


Portable Air Compressors – These are diesel driven Sullivan Air Compressors and are available in the range of 185 to 1800 CFM. Most of the models have Caterpillar or John Deere diesel engines. Some of the options available are:

D185P2JD – This wheel mounted air compressor comes with a John Deere engine and has an operating pressure of 100 psig. It also has a rated delivery of 185 CFM.

D250Q – It comes with a delivery of 250 CFM and an operating pressure of 100 psig.

D375Q8CA – It comes with a Caterpillar engine and weighs 3395 pounds. It generates 375 CFM and has an operating pressure of 150 psig.


Superior Air Compressors – These are excellent quality air compressors, which come as a package and include the following options:

5 HP CDF – It is a complete package with protective devices, after cooler and starter. It also boasts an air filter and dryer to eliminate contaminants and moisture for better performance.

10 HP CDD – It comes with a desiccant dryer to completely eliminate moisture and hence boasts a long life.

30 HP CDD – These powerful Sullivan air compressors are again a complete package with a low dew point of -40 degree Fahrenheit.
