1. LS 16 T Sullair Two stage Extreme Pressure Air Compressor – It has a two stage, asymmetrical lobe, flood lubricated rotary screw type compressor. A high load carrying capacity is guaranteed by its tapered roller bearings. The motor is a 460 Volt, D-flange, standard NEMA TSD frame squirrel cage induction type and boasts a long life. It is flange mounted on heavy steel sub base for better performance. It does not require a pump as the fluid which removes heat from the unit moves due to a difference in air pressure. It has a differential pressure indicator, a fluid level sight glass and a pneumatic blow down valve. It has switched for motor overload, high discharge pressure, low water pressure and fan motor overload to provide protection to the unit. It comes with a power ranging from 100 to 200 hp, capacity ranging from 250 to 425 acfm and can generate pressures ranging from 250 to 350 psig.

LS 20 T Sullair Two stage Extreme Pressure Air Compressor – It comes with a power ranging from 200 to 400 hp, capacity ranging from 500 to 960 acfm and can generate pressures ranging from 250 to 500 psig. It comes with an in built after cooler and a heavy duty intake filter. It also the options of a cold weather package, solid state starter, sound eliminating enclosure and a full voltage starter. It is direct coupled and has ODP premium efficiency motor. Its capacity modulation ranges from 40% to 100% and its Sullimatic control has the capability to set the operating pressure from 225 psig to full load or 500 psig. It has a 1200 rpm fan and a two stage compressor. It is extremely well lubricated by a combination of bearing fluid filter, full flow main strainer and fluid thermal bypass valve. Air and fluid are separated with a ASME rated tank and ASME pressure relief valve. The various switches to protect the unit include minimum pressure discharge valve, pneumatic blow down valve, fluid level sight glass, high discharge pressure switch, motor overload switch and a thermistor type temperature switch.
