Industrial Air Compressors

The industrial air compressors consist of a range of different types of compressors that have been explained briefly:

Encapsulated air compressors: As the name suggests, this type of air compressors ideally provide all the components within a compact frame.

There are six different models under this series that include ES-6, 110e, 1100eV, 1500e, 1500eV, 1800e and 1800eV.

While the model names ending on ‘e’ signify encapsulated air compressor, the others ending with ‘eV’ indicate the compressors are based on rotary screw air compressor.

Single-stage compressors: Offering a wide range of features and options, the single-stage compressors come in literally 26 different models, thereby giving you the option to choose the air-compressors that’s ideal for you.

The models are segregated according to the technology they are based in. The model nos. 1800, 2200, 3700, 4500, 4500P, 5500, 7500, LS-25, LS-25S, LS200S, 7500P, 3000P are all single-stage air compressors. 1800V, 2200V, 3000V, 3000PV, 3700V, 4500V, 4500PV, 5500V, 7500V, 7500PV are variable speed single-stage air compressors. 4500PS, 5500PS and 7500PS are variable capacity single-stage air compressors. Two-stage variable capacity: With a promise of getting full return on investment, this two-stage variable capacity compressor from Sullair air compressors offers matchless full load efficiency. TS-20 with a 100-200hp has a variable capacity between 500 and 1200 acfm.

TS-32 (200-350hp) has capacities ranging from 1100 to 1875acfm and is known for its durability and energy efficiency. TS-32S (400-600hp) is also known for its efficiency and boasts capacity ranging from 1682 to 3000acfm.

All the three models under the two-stage variable capacity air compressors give you the option to choose from either air or water-cooled compressors.

Two-stage extreme pressure – For those seeking a compressor that can meet the demands of high air pressure, then two-stage extreme pressure air compressors from Sullair is the ideal option. The two models available under this category are LS-16T (100 to 200hp) and LS-20T (200-400hp). Both give you the option to choose from air or water-cooled compressor.

Oil Free Compressors – If you believe in using environment friendly applications, then the Sullair oil-free air compressor is just the right option for you. Offering flows and pressure ranging from 100 to 200 hp, this Sullair air compressor is a two-stage rotary screw compressor and is available as either air or water-cooled models.

Construction Air Compressors

The air compressors for the construction purpose include a number of categories such as portable air compressors, AF system compressors, open frame compressors, utility compressors and drill compressors.

Portable Air compressors: Sullair air has quite an impressive range of portable air compressors. Practically all of them are based on rotary screw technology and are powered by Caterpillar® and John Deere® diesel engines.

There are almost 30 models under this category, each designed to suit a certain specification. The model numbers under the H series include 1600H, 1300H, 900H, 750H, 600H, 425H, 375H, 225H and 180H.

The models that come under the HH series are 1450HH, 1300HH, 750HH, 375HH and 300HH. Other model numbers include 1600 portable, 1150XH, 900XH, 750XHH, 900XHH, 900, 825, 750, 425, 260, 130, 125 and 49 HP portable.

AF System Compressors: This is ideal for those seeking a heavy-duty air compressor for sophisticated applications as it provides quality air for media blasting, painting and coating applications. There are quite a few models that are manufactured under this category such as 1600H, 1450HH, 1300HH, 900, 750H, 600H, 425H, 375HH, 375H, 300HH and 375.

Open Frame Compressors: These compressors are specifically created to meet the requirements of outdoor stationary compressors. They come equipped with sturdy rotary screw compressor, weatherproof instrument panel and two-stage filters with safety elements. The common models under this category include 750XHH/900XH DL open frame air compressor, 900XHH/1150XHDL and 1150XHDL/1350XHDL.

Utility Compressors: Equipped with fork lift pockets for easy installation and maintenance, these utility compressors are perfect for mounting on utility vehicles.
