This compressor has a low speed operation of 1750 RPM. For Speedaire 5z698 Climate Control Air Compressor, the recommended compressor oil is No. 4ZF21. It is advisable to use two times the oil capacity for duplex models.

The duplex models of this air compressor are rated as 60 psi On and 80 psi Off on Lag. On Lead, they are rated as 70 psi when on and 90 psi when Off. The Simplex models are given a rating of 70 psi when on and 90 psi when Off.

The cylinders are bored with precision and are manufactured of cast iron to offer several years of service providing compressed air along with minimal oil carryover. Speedaire 5z698 Climate Control Air Compressor has stainless steel valves.

This product is certified to be less than 2 ppm in carry over of oil. It is also certified that at the stated pressure and RPM, it would deliver the published CFM. Every total package is ready for piping and wiring.

Along with this product, one can find a manual drain, tank pressure gauge, safety valve and ASME certified tank. The Duplex packages are inclusive of 2 magnetic starters and wired and mounted alternator. On the other hand, Simplex packages include wired magnetic starter and mounted magnetic starter with the exception of 1 phase ones.
