Puma ACE 1511 Electric Direct

When I went to purchase Puma Ace 1511 Electric Direct air compressor it was one of the last brands I preferred to choose as this brand had only one year warranty period and the cost was higher than it’s competitors. The store owner was the person who convinced me to purchase the model and provided his personal guarantee by saying that he would replace the whole unit if any problem arises. I got easily trapped in his sales tricks and purchased the model.

The unit was delivered to my work place and I started using the air compressor and found no problem in the first two months since then there were only problems within three months I had to replace the air filters as they got damaged and after one month the compressor was not functioning and when I reported the matter to the shop keeper and asked him for a replacement he said that he can’t do it and he said that the company was supposed to replace the product and not him. When I contacted the company’s service centre they did not agree for any replacement but said that since it is within the guarantee period they would get it repaired.

After the repair was done it worked for another eight months problem free and after eight months again it had problems and since the guarantee period had lapsed I had to bear from my pocket for the cost of repair which was very expensive. I have decided if there is any breakdown in future I would discard it and purchase some other brand I am really off with the product.
