Magnum Air Compressors

Magnum Air Compressors are known to manufacture and market single and two stage reciprocating compressors, pet and high pressure compressors and high volume compressors.

The air compressors are divided into three groups as follows:

Reciprocating Compressors – The options available are single and two stage compressors, which are ideal for prolonged usage. This group includes the following models:

HOM 3939 – This direct drive compressor works on 120 volts and comes with a maximum pressure of 130 PSI. It generates 6 CFM at 90 PSI and 8.6 CFM at 40 PSI. It has a vertical tank and an air outlet of 0.25 inches.

HOM 1670 – This is a 15 gallon portable compressor, which comes with a power of 4 HP. It runs on 115 volts and generates 4.3 CFM at 40 PSI and 3.3 CFM at 90 PSI. This single phase machine has a maximum speed of 2850 RPM.

HOM 3902 – This is a twin tank compressor with a power of 2 HP. It runs on 115 volts and has a maximum speed of 3300 RPM. It also comes with suction feet made of rubber to give it maximum stability.

High Volume Compressors – These Magnum Air Compressors are ideal compressors to replace screw compressors with power up to 30 HP. These come with deep finned cylinders and are designed so as to work for prolonged periods of time without effecting performance. This group includes the following models:

MAG HV 20 070 – It comes with a power of 20 HP and a working pressure of 100 psig. It has a free air delivery of 73.22 CFM.

MAG HV 20 100 – It has a free air delivery of 68.63 CFM and a power of 20 HP. It has a working pressure of 150 psig.

MAG HV 20 120 – It comes with a working pressure of 175 psig and a free air delivery of 64.38 CFM. It has a power of 20 HP.

MAG HV 25 070 – It comes with a power of 25 HP and a working pressure of 100 psig. It has a free air delivery of 81.39 CFM.

MAG HV 25 100 – It has a free air delivery of 74.69 CFM and a power of 25 HP. It has a working pressure of 150 psig.

MAG HV 25 120 – It comes with a working pressure of 175 psig and a free air delivery of 71.45 CFM. It has a power of 25 HP.

Pet and High Pressure Compressors - These Magnum Air Compressors are designed for pet blowing machines and combine moisture separator, radiator and water cooled after cooler to reduce water content prior to its reaching the receiver. This effectively doubles the life of the dryer. This group includes the following models:

MAG HP 03 - It comes with a 3 HP motor and a working pressure of 425 psig. Its tank has a capacity of 160 liters and it has a free air delivery of 3.53 CFM.

MAG HP 05 – It comes with a working pressure of 425 psig and a power of 5 HP.

MAG HP 07 – It comes with a power of 7.5 HP and a free air delivery of 11.54 CFM.

MAG HP 10 – It comes with a free air delivery of 14.83 CFM and a power of 10 HP.

MAG HP 20 – It has a tank capacity of 500 liters and a power of 20 HP.

MAG HP 40 – It has a free air delivery of 66 CFM and a power of 40 HP.
