Kaeser Portable Screw Air Compressors are mobile yet powerful machines, which are ideal for providing excellent quality compressed air for applications like power moles, road breakers and sand blasters. Its range is known as Mobilair and offers a vast range to take care of various requirements of the construction industry ranging from auxiliary electrical supplies for welding and lighting to power tools.

These come with SIGMA profile air end for powerful performance and have fuel efficient diesel engines (petrol engines in some cases). A long trouble free life is ensured by a galvanized steel body along with a thermostatically controlled cooling fluid circulation for lesser wear and tear. Maintenance is simplified by easy accessibility to parts to further enhance the life. To top it all the machines are extremely sound proof and fulfill directive 2000/14/EC.

The various models of Kaeser Portable Screw Air Compressors available are divided into five different categories as follows:

A. Portable Compressors – This range includes eight models fitted with Honda or Kubota engines. The power ranges from 13.5 to 36 kW and the weight from 190 to 1225 kilograms. They have a fuel tank capacity in the range of 20 liters to 105 liters. The various models are M 13, M 17, M 20, M 26, M 30, M 43, M 50 and M 57.

B. Portable Versatility Compressors – This range offers a number of optional air treatment equipment along with a wide range of working pressures. The models available are M 45, M 52, M 64, M80, M 100, M 122, M 123 and M 270. These have a power in the range of 34.3 to 260 kW and working pressure ranging from 7 to 14 bars. These come with Kubota or Deutz or Mercedes Benz engines.

C. Portable Powerhouse Compressors – These Kaeser portable screw air compressors are fitted with Kubota engines, these machines have a power ranging from 34.3 to 71.1 kW and a fuel tank capacity ranging from 80 to 150 liters. The models available are M 36G, M 45G, M 52G, M 80G and M 100G.

D. Portable Export Compressors – These machines are primarily manufactured for exporting outside the European Union and hence meet the stringent export guidelines. The four models available are M 15, M 17, M70 and M 220. These are fitted with Honda or Deutz or Kubota engines and have an engine power ranging from 13.5 to 173 kW.

E. Portable Electric Compressors – The biggest advantage of these compressors is that due to the use of an electric motor they are one of the most environmental friendly choice available in the market. These machines are super quiet and the motor is either of ABM or Siemens. Their motor power ranges from 7.5 to 30 kW and the weight from 182 to 720 kilograms.
