Gardner Denver Air Compressors

Reviews On All Three Types

Gardner Denver Air Compressors can be categorized according to three different types of compressors that include rotary vane, rotary screw and hook and claw. All the three types of air compressors possess their distinctive characteristics and features and are designed to work with a number of applications.

Rotary Vane

These oil-free rotary screw air compressors are designed to incorporate reciprocating vanes that move in and out of the rotor slots as it turns, thereby compressing segments of air. The vanes maintain efficiency and take care of any kind of wear and tear too.

GD150: These Gardner Denver air compressors are compact and lightweight, this air compressor is a Drum rotary vane unit that supports oil free and air cooled vane design. The compressor is corrosion resistant and includes bearing lubrication for enhancing its overall lifecycle.

J200: This large rotary vane air compressor contains an air-cooled, nickel rotor aluminum body and sideplates. The air compressor is designed to reduce operational costs and offers reliable and dependable performance. The unit offers a maximum air pressure of 2.5 bar g.

HPD450/E490: This air-cooled air compressor features a cyclonic 2stage inlet filter and relief valve. The unit’s electrolyse nickel-plated rotor offers resistance against any kind of wear and tear.

RTL: This range of tank-truck compressors with Wittig air-cooled design offers a wide range of airflows for discharging powders from tank-trucks containing cement, lime, flour etc. The unit features a belt driven, hydraulic engine drive. The maximum flow offered is 341cfm at 29psig.

SL15/SL20: This attractively designed wittig air-cooled and oil-lubricated air compressor contains a ventilation valve that ensures the desired vacuum level is not exceeded. It is also equipped with a non-return valve and a safety valve. This range of compressor can be used for discharging through complex pipework or viscous liquids.

Rotary Screw

These oil-free and efficient air compressors are meant to serve for long since they enjoy a long lasting durability and even the maintenance required is considerably low.

SC200: These Gardner Denver air compressors Provide contaminated free air, this lightweight and compact air compressor is completely oil free and can function well with minimal maintenance. It features a contactless screw design and is equipped with a direct, hydraulic e-motor and engine drive.

XK: This range of air compressors is a air-cooled, compact, oil-free Drum screw compressor that are designed to be direct PTO-driven on tank trunks. The XK range comes in two models – XK12 and XK18. While the first offers a maximum airflow of 368cfm @ 29psig, the second one offers airflow of 1815cfm @ 29psig.

Bulkline: This range of oil-free screw air compressors is compact, contactless, oil-free and are belt driven fitted with diesel engine. These compressors are meant to discharge all kinds of dry products from road tankers including powders, granules, pellets and feets. These contaminant free and low maintenance air compressors come in two models – Bulkline 650 maximum airflow and Bulkline 1000 maximum airflow.

Hook and Claw

These contactless hook and claw compressors can produce discharge pressures of over 2 bar g and can easily function under difficult operating environments. The ancillaries and enclosures also help in maintaining low frequency noise level.

D9000: This highly efficient Drum D9000 is an oil-free hook and claw compressor, which is covered with an acoustic ancillary pack to facilitate the discharge of powders, granules and feeds at relatively low noise levels.
